Our Teachers
- We employ friendly and caring native-fluent Teachers who have experience teaching children of all ages.
- In order to teach with us our Teachers need a University degree, a recognised and respected English teaching qualification and good references from previous employers.
- Our Teachers are generally British but also come from Hong Kong, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the USA. Most have many years of experience teaching English as a second language and many are bi-lingual.
- On average, our Teachers spend at least three years of continuous employment with us. In fact, we have some Teachers that have worked for us for eight or nine years.
- Our Teachers are trained to teach Ready To Learn’s Step-by-Step English Language Enrichment System. In addition, Academic Directors regularly sit in classes to ensure that Teachers are teaching to the best of their ability and fulfilling their obligations to students and parents.
- Our Teachers focus 100% on teaching your child. They do not need to worry about preparing the next lesson. This is because each lesson is pre-prepared. Additionally, teaching instructions guide our Teachers during each teaching session. Our System takes care of everything.
